I did the first one without a cutting board under where I was adding on the htv vinyl and it completely ruined the bag. The plastic on the inside melted and I had to rip it open. Luckily I had an extra. The rest I put a cutting board in between the front and back of the bag making sure the foldable flaps inside were behind the board. That worked! I will say it took awhile for the htv to adhere to the material. I probably would have done canvas looking back but I really love how these turned out!

I bought these bags. I’ve used them for running to the store for necessities, but put one of them to the ultimate test, a beach vacation. There is a waterproof lining to these bags and they really do keep the interior dry. I had it on the ground by the pool and the exterior was completely wet, but nothing inside was even damp. To it to the beach, let it sit in the sand. The sand brushed off easily and the bag looks new after it dried out. The handles are secure enough to handle wet towels, books, sandals etc… I would definitely buy this bag again. if you’re on the fence just do it, it’s a great beach bum bag.

However, I ordered the bag in black and it appears to be a dark heather gray instead, which is disappointing since I specifically ordered a black bag to be as neutral as possible. I’m not sure if this is because I was sent the wrong item, or if the black version of the bag is actually not truly black.

I bought these bags. I’ve used them for running to the store for necessities, but put one of them to the ultimate test, a beach vacation. There is a waterproof lining to these bags and they really do keep the interior dry. I had it on the ground by the pool and the exterior was completely wet, but nothing inside was even damp. To it to the beach, let it sit in the sand. The sand brushed off easily and the bag looks new after it dried out. The handles are secure enough to handle wet towels, books, sandals etc… I would definitely buy this bag again. if you’re on the fence just do it, it’s a great beach bum bag.

This is a fantastic bag- it has many pockets with sturdy zippers and it can definitely handle a beating. However, I ordered the bag in black and it appears to be a dark heather gray instead, which is disappointing since I specifically ordered a black bag to be as neutral as possible. I’m not sure if this is because I was sent the wrong item, or if the black version of the bag is actually not truly black.

I’ve been a bag-toting commuter . This bag is hands down the best one. It’s utilitarian – not sexy, but not unattractive, either. It’s easy to carry, easy to organize, and the things that usually degrade fast on prior bags are not degrading on this one. It’s just been a few months but I’m very pleased.
