I love to use these for each person. So one for me (birth certificate, SSC, shot record etc) and then the same for my husband, daughter, and son. Then a folder is for house hold and the dog stuff. When the kids “age out” of needing mommy for every detail, I just hand then their “Bible”. Additionally, when I need to tell them to go find a document, they are color coded folders to each person’s fava color. There are loads of internal slots, that can hold about dozen sheets of paper each…though if you pack each slot with a dozen pages it does make for a tight squeeze and the zipper is a struggle to close without holding the sides together and walking it around.
